To celebrate this special occasion with our families, we will be on holiday from January 24 to February 5, 2025, and resume normal business on February 6. Please take a moment to review the following important information:

Order Delivery Arrangement
Orders Before January 23
We are committed to dispatching all orders before January 23rd by January 24th. If there are rare unforeseen circumstances that cause a delay, please be assured that we will keep you informed.

Orders Between January 24 and February 3
We will commence processing these orders starting from February 3. There might be a slight delay in uploading the tracking numbers, but we'll ensure they're available on the system as soon as possible.

Special Gift
From January 26 to February 3, when you purchase any of our machines, you'll receive an exclusive bonus - the "Anti-Light Curtain Pro". 

Order Processing for South American Countries
Due to holiday-related logistics and staffing constraints, orders from South American countries on or after January 22 will be processed on February 6. This arrangement allows us to handle packages more efficiently. Once you receive the tracking number, please note that the estimated delivery time to South America is between 7 and 15 days, subject to the actual logistics situation.

Logistics Transportation Instructions
During the holiday period, you may experience a delay in logistics information updates. If you can't find the tracking number immediately, don't be alarmed. Some packages won't show the transportation progress until they reach the destination and complete customs clearance. Once the tracking number appears in your order, it means your package is on its way. Keep an eye on your phone and email for notifications from the local carrier.

Holiday Communication Reply
The response to emails and online messages during the holidays will be delayed. We will reply to you as soon as possible in chronological order on February 6. We apologize for the inconvenience you were caused and sincerely thank you for your understanding and support.
