Once the package arrives in your country, delivery typically takes within 7 business days.
Processing Details:

We usually upload the tracking number within 3–7 business days after your order is placed. If your order status shows "unshipped," it means your order is still being processed.

For South America and DHL shipments, we will confirm your address, shipping method, tax ID (if applicable), and obtain your consent for any customs duties before shipping.

If your order includes a projector and separate gifts or accessories, they may be shipped in two separate parcels. Tracking numbers for both will be uploaded to your order. Please note that the two parcels may not arrive at the same time.
2. Shipping Method
We partner with a range of international carriers, including FedEx, DHL, UPS, Aramex, EMS, USPS, South American Postal Services, and China Post Air Mail. The most suitable carrier will be selected based on your location and the specifics of your order.
All orders are shipped via standard air freight and carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery.
Special Reminder:
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us at service@wanbo.cn within 24 hours of placing your order. Once the package has been shipped, we are unable to change the address.

Taxes and Duties

The price of our products does not include VAT or import duties. These charges are determined by your local customs and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Example: If the declared value is $120 and your local tax rate is 21%, the customs fee would be $25.20. You will be notified by your local carrier or customs office when payment is due.

For countries not listed above, shipping costs are based on actual weight, and you will be required to assist with customs clearance. Estimated shipping time is 7–15 business days.
