Exchange Policy

Thank you for choosing Wanbo. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to exchange your product, please review the policy below. For any questions, contact us at service@wanbo.cn.


1. Types of Exchange

We offer two types of exchanges:

Type Description
Defective Product Exchange If your product has a quality issue (e.g., failure to power on, screen problems, unresponsive buttons), you may request a replacement.
Model Exchange (with price difference) If you wish to exchange your purchased model for a different model, you will pay or receive the price difference accordingly.

Exchanges are only available for products purchased directly through wanbo.cn.


2. Exchange Conditions

Defective Product Exchange

  • Request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • Provide proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and photos or videos showing the defect.

  • If approved, Wanbo will cover the return and replacement shipping costs.

  • Note: Due to regional logistics, you may need to pay return shipping upfront. Once you provide the shipping receipt and tracking number, we will reimburse you within 5 business days.

Model Exchange (with price difference)

  • If you wish to exchange for a higher-priced model, you will pay the difference.

  • If you exchange for a lower-priced model, we will refund the difference.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer in this case.

Example: If you purchased Product A for $309 and want Product B priced at $369, you would pay a difference of $60. If Product A was $369 and Product B is $309, we would refund the $60 difference.


3. Exchange Request Timeframe

All exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your product. Requests submitted after this period cannot be processed.


4. Exchange Process

Step 1 – Submit Request
Email service@wanbo.cn with:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos or videos showing the defect (if applicable)

Step 2 – Confirmation
We will review your request and confirm whether the exchange is approved.

Step 3 – Return Original Product
If approved, return the product in its original packaging with all accessories. Keep a copy of the shipping receipt and tracking number.

Step 4 – Pay or Receive Price Difference (if applicable)
For model exchanges, we will confirm the price difference. You will either pay the difference or we will refund it.

Step 5 – Replacement Shipped
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will ship your replacement within 7 business days.

For defective exchanges, you may need to pay return shipping upfront. We will reimburse you within 5 business days after you provide the shipping receipt and tracking number.


6. Situations Not Eligible for Exchange

The following are not eligible for exchange:

  • Requests submitted after 7 days of receipt

  • Issues caused by user damage (e.g., drops, water damage, physical impact)

  • Products that have been opened, used, or altered beyond normal inspection

  • Accessories or promotional gifts (e.g., cables, remotes, screen)

  • Products purchased from third-party sellers (not wanbo.cn)


7. Warranty After Exchange

The replacement product retains the same warranty period as the original, starting from the original purchase date. The warranty is not extended or reset.


8. Special Notes

  • For exchanges involving limited edition or promotional items, stock availability may affect processing. Please contact us to confirm.

  • If your region has specific logistics requirements, we will work with you to find the best solution and offer compensation if needed.
