1. Order Cancellation

1.1 Cancel Before Shipment

Please contact us via service@wanbo.cn within 24 hours of purchase to cancel your order.

1.2 Cancel After Shipment

  • If the item has been shipped and 24 hours have passed, we cannot intercept the shipment, and thus, the order cannot be canceled. You can contact service@wanbo.cn to request a return after receiving the item. Return shipping costs will be borne by the buyer. Please ensure you communicate with us before signing for the delivery.
  • We reserve the right to refuse order cancellation.

1.3 High-Risk Customers

  • Customers who frequently engage in fraudulent chargebacks may be marked as "high-risk" by banks, and we will cancel such orders.

2. Return Conditions

We generally only accept returns due to product defects or errors caused by us. The following are the specific return conditions:

2.1 Returns Due to Seller’s Fault

If the product is defective or the wrong item is shipped, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please follow these steps:

  1. Provide proof of purchase.
  2. Assist us in inspecting the product's condition by providing pictures, videos, or video calls.
  3. Return the item to the address provided by us. The item must be in its original packaging and in complete condition.
  4. To avoid unnecessary disputes with the courier, please take photos or record a video when repackaging the item and send it to us.

2.2 Returns Due to Buyer’s Reasons

If you wish to return the item for personal reasons (such as dissatisfaction with the product or it does not meet your expectations), we reserve the right to refuse the return. If we agree to accept the return, the return shipping cost will be borne by the buyer. Please note the following:

  1. Provide proof of purchase.
  2. Assist us in inspecting the product's condition by providing pictures, videos, or video calls.
  3. The product must be in its original packaging and in complete condition.
  4. Please carefully review the product specifications before purchasing to avoid return requests due to unmet expectations.

3. Return and Refund Process

  1. Return Request: If the product has an issue, please first contact support@wanbo.cn for assistance. If it qualifies for a return, contact our customer service team at service@wanbo.cn to submit a return request and provide supporting evidence (such as proof of purchase, photos, videos, etc.).
  2. Return Confirmation: We will review your return request and provide a return address once approved. The product must be in its original packaging and in complete condition.
  3. Refund Processing: Once we receive the returned item and confirm its condition, we will process your refund within 48 hours. The refund will be returned to your payment account, and the processing time by the bank is typically 3-10 business days.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Seller’s Fault: If the return is due to a defect or wrong item shipped, we will cover the return shipping costs. (Buyers should initially pay for the shipping, and then provide us with the shipping bill and tracking number, along with their PayPal account. We will refund the return shipping fee within 3 business days.)
  • Buyer’s Fault: If the return is due to personal reasons (such as dissatisfaction with the product), the return shipping cost will be borne by the buyer. The exact cost depends on the courier chosen.

5. Lost Packages

If your package is lost (either delivered or undelivered), please follow these steps:

  1. Check your email or contact the local postal service/courier company to confirm the status of the package.
  2. If the package is lost, check with neighbors or family members to see if they signed for it, and request video footage from the courier service.
  3. If the package is not located, you will need to assist us in filing a claim with the postal service/transport company. We will help process the claim with the necessary information. (For issues caused by the courier, you should file a claim with the courier service.)
  4. If the package was lost during transit (not marked as delivered), we will need 3-7 business days to confirm the status. Once confirmed, you can choose either a replacement or a refund.

6. Special Notes

  1. Limited Edition & Promotional Products: Orders for limited edition items or products purchased under special promotions are final and cannot be canceled or refunded. Please carefully review the product specifications, model, color, and other details before placing your order. (If there was an error in the plug specification selection, you can contact service@wanbo.cn to make modifications.)
  2. Non-Seller Fault: If the return is due to a misunderstanding of the product details (such as plug type, model, etc.), we reserve the right to refuse the return or refund.

7. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed within 48 hours after the returned item is received and verified. The refunded amount will be credited back to your payment account. The time required for the refund to appear in your account depends on the processing speed of your bank, which typically takes 3-10 business days.

If the system or a third party causes issues with the order, the system will automatically cancel the order and refund the payment. Please check your payment account for any potential security risks.

If the item is returned without prior consultation, we reserve the right to refuse the return and refund.
