Shipping Policy

Which shipping company will ship your order?

Wanbo works with major international shipping companies such as FedEx, DHL, UPS, Aramex, EMS, USPS, South American Post, and China Post Air Mail. We will arrange the most suitable carrier according to regional policies.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time: 1-3 days

Transportation time: 14~30 days

B. Shipping method: Standard air freight

Before shipping your order, Wanbo usually needs to prepare your products, do strict quality-control tests, and carefully pack the items.

 If the address is entered incorrectly, please contact customer service staff to modify it within 24 hours. After more than 24 hours, we cannot intercept the goods after they have left the warehouse. At this time, the address cannot be modified. If the address of the goods must be modified during transportation, you will have to bear the additional transportation costs. 

Processing time
- We will arrange the shipment for you from China, and it usually takes 1-3 working days to process your order if there is stock. We will upload the shipping number within 3-7 working days (if the shipment is not shipped in the system and the shipping number is not uploaded, we have not actually shipped it yet). Our total delivery time usually takes 14-30 working days. (Please note that due to transportation channel issues, the transportation progress cannot be viewed in real-time. Usually, the transportation progress will be updated when the shipment arrives at the local location).

-For customers in South America, we need to check the relevant shipping information (address, shipping channel, tax number, etc.) with you before shipment.
- Projectors and other items/gifts are usually sent separately, and we mainly provide you with the shipping number of the projector.

Shipping time
- Usual shipping time in South America: 7-15 working days
- For North America/EU/other regions, it will take 7-20 working days to ship from China.
- Shipping time for some machines in the United States: 3-7 days

* We are currently building an overseas warehouse in Europe, which will greatly shorten the shipping time.
(Delivery may be delayed by force majeure events such as natural disasters, bad weather, war, and any other events that we cannot directly control, such as public holidays and customs issues).

About shipping freight and taxes
Due to the customs policies of different countries, we cannot control taxes. Our product prices do not include VAT or import taxes in all countries. The shipping costs can be referred to the following range. Please check the actual shipping costs on the checkout page.
Shipping costs are based on product weight:

Standard 0 kg–1.5 kg $15.00

Standard 1.51 kg–2.1 kg $20.00

Standard 2.2 kg–3.9 kg $30.00

Standard 4 kg–4.5 kg $45.00

Standard 4.6 kg–6.5 kg $50.00

If there are special circumstances, we usually communicate with the buyer about the shipping method and details before shipment.

In most cases, the goods will be shipped by logistics parcels, and the freight will be calculated based on the actual weight and automatically added at checkout. Delivery time: 7-30 working days.
The following areas are included in the small parcel:
Small parcel (Ireland, Austria, Australia, New Zealand, Belgium, Poland, Denmark, Germany, France, Finland, Netherlands, Czech Republic, Spain, Hungary, Italy, United Kingdom, Latvia, Lithuania, Greece, Luxembourg, Portugal, Sweden, Switzerland, Norway, Portugal, Brazil, Turkey, Canada, United States, Mexico, Slovakia, United Arab Emirates, Israel, Ukraine, Belarus, Saudi Arabia, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, South Korea, Japan)

Countries outside the small parcel list are shipped by express delivery, and the freight is calculated according to the actual weight and automatically added at checkout. Delivery time 7-15 working days. Buyers need to pay taxes (please refer to local policies for the tax ratio). Buyers are responsible for assisting in customs clearance of goods for successful delivery.

Countries listed as remote areas by transporters need to pay an additional $47 on top of the original. For related content, please refer to DHL Remote Area Services

Additional notice about transportation
The customer is responsible for assisting in the successful delivery of the order.
There are several situations where the package will be returned and destroyed:
- Once we receive notification from the carrier that the buyer's package is held up for customs clearance, we will contact the buyer as soon as possible. If the buyer does not provide any necessary information required by customs (such as tax information) in time. The package will be destroyed or returned to the originating warehouse. If the buyer wants to re-ship the package, you may have to pay additional fees (according to the carrier's bill). If you decide not to accept the package at your own discretion, you will be responsible for the return shipping fee (this price is usually high according to the carrier's bill). We will refund the retail price minus the return shipping fee (excluding the additional shipping fee you paid when placing the order).
- Once we receive feedback from the carrier about any incorrect shipping address or phone number, we will contact the buyer as soon as possible. However, if the buyer does not respond to our inquiry in time, it will result in a failed package delivery. The buyer may incur additional fees for re-shipping. The product may not be refunded or compensated due to the incorrect address provided by the buyer.

Can you declare the package as a gift?
Sorry, such declarations are not accepted.
