Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Wanbo. We want you to love your purchase. If anything doesn’t go as expected, please reach out to us first—we’re here to help.

For any questions or concerns, contact us at service@wanbo.cn. In many cases, we can work with you to find a fair and convenient resolution without the need for an international return.


1. Order Cancellation

1.1 Cancel Before Shipment
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us at service@wanbo.cn within 24 hours of purchase.

1.2 Cancel After Shipment
Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it. If you no longer wish to keep the item, you may request a return after receiving it. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. Please contact us before arranging any return.

1.3 High-Risk Orders
Orders flagged as high-risk by payment providers may be canceled for security reasons.


2. Return Conditions

We accept returns primarily for product defects or errors caused by us. Returns for other reasons are considered on a case-by-case basis.

2.1 Returns Due to Seller’s Fault
If you receive a defective product or the wrong item, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please follow these steps:

  • Provide proof of purchase

  • Assist with inspection (photos, videos, or video call)

  • Return the item in its original packaging with all accessories

  • When repackaging, please take photos or record a video to avoid disputes with the courier

2.2 Returns Due to Buyer’s Reasons
If you wish to return the item for personal reasons (such as changing your mind or the product not meeting expectations), please contact us first. We will review the situation and work with you to find a suitable solution. If a return is agreed upon, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.

We recommend reviewing the product details carefully before placing your order to ensure it meets your needs.


3. Return and Refund Process

Step 1 – Contact Us
If you experience any issues, please reach out to service@wanbo.cn first. We’ll help determine the best course of action.

Step 2 – Return Request
If a return is approved, we will provide a return address. Please ensure the item is in its original packaging and complete condition.

Step 3 – Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 48 hours. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 3–10 business days for your bank to complete the transaction.


4. Return Shipping Costs

Situation Responsibility
Seller’s fault (defective or wrong item) We will cover the return shipping cost. You may pay upfront and provide proof of shipping; we will reimburse you within 3 business days.
Buyer’s reason (personal preference, change of mind, etc.) Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer.

5. Lost Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, or if it appears lost in transit, please follow these steps:

1. Check with your local postal service or courier
Sometimes packages are left with a neighbor, at a nearby post office, or may show as delivered before the final drop-off. Please check with the courier first.

2. If you suspect theft
If you believe the package was stolen after delivery, we recommend filing a report with your local police. We can provide proof of delivery to support your report if needed.

3. If the package is lost in transit
For orders with Shipment Protection included, we will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund once the loss is confirmed with the carrier.

4. If the package is lost without Shipment Protection
We will help you file a claim with the shipping carrier. Please note that the final resolution will depend on the carrier’s investigation. We recommend adding Shipment Protection at checkout for added peace of mind.


6. Special Notes

  • Limited edition products and special promotion orders are final and cannot be canceled or refunded. Please review your order carefully before purchasing.

  • If you made an error in selecting the plug type, contact service@wanbo.cn before shipment—we may be able to adjust it for you.
