Situation 1:
Product defects and incorrect cargo model delivery caused by merchants, excluding problems caused by violent express delivery.

3): In order to complete your return, please provide proof of purchase.

5): Please ask our staff for the mailing address to ensure you are sending your package to the correct address.
6): Your item must be in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
7): To avoid unnecessary disputes with the shipping company, please take photos or videos of the process of restoring the items to their original packaging/complete packaging and send them to us.
Situation 2:
If the buyer wants to return or exchange the product for some reason(such as feeling that the machine has not achieved the expected results, being dissatisfied with the product, etc.) that is not caused by the merchant or the product itself (only within 14 days)
