Warranty Policy

1. Warranty Scope and Validity Period

We guarantee that all devices purchased through official Wanbo channels are 100% authentic and come with a 1-year official warranty. The warranty period begins from the date of purchase. This warranty applies only to the device itself and does not cover external accessories or free gifts (such as charging cables, plugs, remote controls, etc.).

2. Warranty Conditions

- If the device shows any of the following issues upon receipt: hardware failure, screen cracks, dents, or cracks in the casing, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product and provide photos and video evidence taken during unboxing. If no evidence is provided or if you fail to cooperate, we reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges.

- If the device has a quality issue that meets the warranty conditions, we will provide repair or replacement services. Please note that any fault or quality issue must be reported within 7 days of receiving the product, along with the necessary evidence.

3. Address Modifications and Shipping Issues

- Address Modification: If you notice an error in the shipping address before the order is dispatched, please contact our customer service at service@wanbo.cn within 24 hours to make the correction. Once the product has been shipped, we are unable to change the address or intercept the shipment. If you need to modify the address during shipping, you will be responsible for any additional shipping fees.

- Shipping Damage: If the product is damaged during shipping (e.g., packaging damage), please take photos immediately and contact the local courier to file a claim. If the shipping issue does not affect the use of the product, you may still contact Wanbo customer service for follow-up warranty arrangements.

4. Packaging Requirements

- To ensure smooth processing of warranty services, you must retain the original packaging, warranty card, and related documents. Failure to do so may affect the warranty process, and we may not be able to continue providing warranty services.

- Accessories and Free Gifts: The warranty only applies to the main device and does not cover any accessories or free gifts (such as charging cables, plugs, remote controls, etc.).

5. Return, Exchange, and Warranty Exclusions

- Return and Exchange Conditions: If a return or exchange is needed due to a product quality issue, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the product and provide relevant evidence. Return or exchange requests due to customer reasons (e.g., personal preferences, incorrect usage, etc.) will not be accepted.

- Exclusions from Warranty: The following situations are not covered by the warranty:

- The product is beyond the warranty period;

- Damage caused by user actions, including but not limited to: cracks, breakage, dents, burns, water stains, rust, misuse, neglect, accidents, liquid or food spills, drops, use/storage at extreme temperatures, PCB burns, or other defects caused by human error;

- Damage caused by using unauthorized third-party parts due to reliability or compatibility issues;

- Malfunctions caused by any application, whether pre-installed or subsequently added;

- Product damage caused by fire, flood, lightning, or other force majeure events;

- Damage to external accessories (such as charging cables, plugs, remote controls, etc.);

- The product has been repaired or modified by unauthorized service providers or non-official parts;

- Loss or theft of the product. (If the product is lost or stolen because the recipient did not answer the delivery call or was not at home, and the courier left the package outside, you should file a claim with the courier company.)

6. Repair and Replacement Fees

- If the product malfunctions within the warranty period and meets the warranty conditions, we will provide free repair or replacement services. If the fault is caused by improper user operation or accidental damage, the customer will be responsible for repair and shipping costs.

- If replacement parts are required, the customer must pay for the parts and associated shipping costs.

7. Handling of Free Gifts and Accessories

- Free gifts included with the product (such as charging cables, plugs, remote controls, etc.) are not covered by the warranty. If these items are damaged, the customer must bear the associated costs.

8. Warranty Service Process

- If your device requires warranty service, please first contact our customer service department at support@wanbo.cn, providing proof of purchase (order number and store link) and a detailed description of the issue. We will guide you through the return, exchange, or repair process.

- During the return or repair process, you must ensure that the device is returned in its original packaging. Wanbo will not be responsible for any loss or damage to the device.

- Repair or Replacement Time: Typically, we will complete the repair or replacement process within 7-14 business days. You can contact our staff at any time to inquire about the progress.
