Not what I expected

The tracking process was awful. The app they recommend to keep track of my shipment showed that it was somewhere in the United States but it was actually in Mexico city. It arrived in the timeframe so I have no complaints about that. What I really heated is the way they shipped my package. I bought the one that included a desktop mount and a projection screen. But they stuffed it all in the same box as the projector, the hatching they did not consider is that the screw that comes with the desktop mount could scratch the projector. And it did!! Besides that the projector works as expected so I'm gonna keep it even with the scratch. But I'm not sure if it was worth paying extra for the "protection"

Exelente cálida de fabricación, magnífica optimización con el sistema de configuración del proyector incluyendo el Google tv, súper silencioso a comparación de otros proyectores en el mercado además de muy elegante y estético, buen sonido y exelente brillo, el modo juego realmente se nota si eres un jugador de consolas, pues si eres experimentado notas verdadero retraso en tiempos de respuesta, no es de otro mundo Pero no decepciona, exelente pantalla reflectiva realmente amplifica el brillo sin afectar los ángulos de visión como lo hacen otras telas ARL, más sin embargo considero que Wambo debería asumir algún porcentaje del envío para evitar encarecer el precio del producto más sus aduanas, más su envío y todo lo que estoy incurre.
