Warranty Policy

Thank you for choosing Wanbo. We stand behind the quality of our products. This warranty policy outlines your coverage and how to get support. If you have any questions, contact us at support@wanbo.cn.


1. Warranty Coverage

All devices purchased through official Wanbo channels are covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase.

Coverage applies only to the main device. Accessories and free gifts (such as charging cables, plugs, and remote controls) are not covered under this warranty.


2. Warranty Conditions

To qualify for warranty service:

  • Any hardware failure, screen crack, dent, or casing damage must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product, with unboxing photos or video as evidence.

  • Other quality issues must be reported within 7 days of receiving the product, along with supporting evidence (photos, videos, and proof of purchase).

If evidence is not provided or cooperation is not given, Wanbo reserves the right to refuse warranty service.


3. Address and Shipping Issues

Address Correction
If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us at service@wanbo.cn within 24 hours of placing your order. Once the item has shipped, we cannot modify the address or intercept the shipment. Any address changes requested during transit will incur additional shipping fees, which are the buyer’s responsibility.

Shipping Damage
If your package arrives with visible damage, take photos immediately and file a claim with the local carrier. If the damage does not affect the product’s functionality, you may still contact us for warranty arrangements.


4. Packaging and Accessories

To ensure smooth warranty processing, please retain the original packaging, warranty card, and related documents. Failure to do so may delay or affect your warranty claim.

As noted in Section 1, accessories and free gifts (cables, plugs, remotes, etc.) are not covered under warranty.


5. Warranty Exclusions

The following situations are not covered by this warranty:

  • The product is beyond the 1-year warranty period

  • Damage caused by user actions, including but not limited to: drops, cracks, burns, water damage, rust, misuse, neglect, accidents, extreme temperatures, PCB burns, or unauthorized modifications

  • Damage caused by unauthorized third-party parts or repairs

  • Malfunctions caused by third-party applications (pre-installed or added later)

  • Damage due to force majeure events (fire, flood, lightning, etc.)

  • Loss or theft after delivery (if the package was left without signature, please contact the carrier)


6. Repair and Replacement Fees

7. Warranty Service Process

Step 1 – Contact Us
Email support@wanbo.cn with:

  • Proof of purchase (order number)

  • Detailed description of the issue

  • Photos or videos showing the issue (if applicable)

Step 2 – Review & Approval
We will review your request and confirm whether it qualifies for warranty service.

Step 3 – Return the Device
If approved, return the device in its original packaging with all included accessories. Wanbo is not responsible for loss or damage during return shipping.

Step 4 – Repair or Replacement
Once we receive and inspect the device, we will complete the repair or replacement within 7–14 business days. You may contact us anytime for status updates.


8. Free Gifts and Accessories

Free gifts and accessories included with your purchase (such as charging cables, plugs, and remote controls) are not covered under warranty. If these items are damaged, replacement costs are the responsibility of the customer.
