After receiving the Davinci 1 Pro, contact the service to provide your order number, and we will arrange delivery for you after checking.
We accept product returns. Customers can apply for return within 14 days after signing for the product. (Learn what qualifies for a return below)
Situation 1:
Product defects and incorrect cargo model delivery caused by merchants, excluding problems caused by violent express delivery.
1): We will bear the return shipping costs.

3): In order to complete your return, please provide proof of purchase.

6): Your item must be in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Processing Time
- We will arrange shipping for you from China. It usually takes 1-3 working days to process your order if there is stock. We will upload the shipping order number within 7-10 working days.
