Shipping Policy

1. Order Delivery Time Frame

- Processing Time: 1-3 business days

- Shipping Time: 14-30 business days

(Generally, once the package arrives in your country, it will be delivered within 7 business days.)

Processing Time:

- We typically upload the shipping tracking number within 3-7 business days after receiving the order (if the system shows "unshipped", it means the order has not been processed yet).

- For orders to South America and those shipped via DHL, we will confirm your address, shipping channel, tax number, and get your consent to pay customs duties before we ship.

- Projectors and other items/gifts may be shipped in two separate parcels. Tracking numbers for both parcels will be uploaded to your order details. Please note, the two parcels may not arrive at the same time.

2. Shipping Method

- Shipping Companies: We collaborate with various international shipping companies, including FedEx, DHL, UPS, Aramex, EMS, USPS, South American Postal Services, and China Post Air Mail. We will choose the most appropriate shipping company based on your region and specific situation.

- Shipping Method: Standard air freight. Items will be carefully packaged before shipping, and the order and delivery address will be checked.

# Special Reminder:

- If you notice any errors in your shipping address before dispatch, please contact our customer service at service@wanbo.cn within 24 hours. After 24 hours, once the package has been shipped, we cannot change the address.

3. Shipping Time

- South America/DHL Shipping: Typically takes 7-15 business days.

- North America/EU and other regions: Shipping time is usually 7-30 business days.

- Within the United States (if stock is available): Shipping time is 3-7 business days.

Note: Delivery may be delayed due to force majeure factors (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, severe weather, wars, etc.).

4. Shipping Fees and Taxes

# Shipping Fees:

Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight and size of the items. You can check the actual shipping fee on the checkout page. Below is the reference range for shipping costs:

- Standard 0kg – 1.5kg: $20.00

- Standard 1.51kg – 2.1kg: $30.00

- Standard 2.2kg – 3.9kg: $40.00

- Standard 4kg – 4.5kg: $50.00

- Standard 4.6kg – 6.5kg: $60.00

- For countries listed as "remote areas" by the shipping carrier, an additional $47 will be charged. Please refer to DHL’s remote area services for more details.

# Taxes:

- Due to different customs policies in each country, we cannot control taxes. The price of our products does not include VAT or import duties in your country. We will declare the product price according to its actual value. If you have any questions regarding the declared value, please email service@wanbo.cn.

- Tax Calculation: For example, if the declared value of the product is $120 and the tax rate is 21%, the tax will be $120 * 21% = $25.20. You will need to pay this fee when you receive the customs clearance notice from customs or the shipping company.

# Small Package:

- The following countries/regions may enjoy free or reduced shipping fees. Please check the checkout page for the exact shipping cost. Shipping time: 7-30 business days:

Ireland, Austria, Australia, New Zealand, Belgium, Poland, Denmark, Germany, France, Finland, Netherlands, Czech Republic, Spain, Hungary, Italy, UK, Latvia, Lithuania, Greece, Luxembourg, Portugal, Sweden, Switzerland, Norway, Brazil, Turkey, Canada, US, Mexico, UAE, Israel, Ukraine, Belarus, Saudi Arabia, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, South Korea, Japan.

- For countries/regions not included in the small package list, shipping costs are based on actual weight, and you are required to assist with customs clearance to ensure smooth delivery. Shipping time is usually 7-15 business days.

- If there are any special circumstances, we will usually communicate with the customer regarding the shipping method and details before dispatch.

- Customer Responsibility: To ensure smooth delivery, customers must provide accurate shipping addresses, tax numbers (if applicable), and other necessary information.

- Package Return or Destruction: If the package fails to clear customs or cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the return or destruction fees.

- Sorry, we do not accept declaring the package as a "gift." All packages are declared at their actual value.
