Thank you very very much Wanbo customer care department, without your help I would have lost my projector.
I always had a very good impression of Wanbo but
the idea I have from Wanbo now is very different, much more positive and unique after this experience.
I was un unlucky with my shipment, customs placed my package in hold and charged me with a staggering, crazy, unaffordable extra fee of 300 dollars !!!
I was shocked about this and wrote Wanbo telling them what happened with customs in my country and that I will rather lose my MOZART 1 PRO than paying them that crazy amount of money.
Wanbo immediatelly asked me for further information that DHL sent me about this nightmare.
Wanbo not only helped me to find the way to waive this crazy amount fee but fought in every possible way by my side and being in constant communication day by day.
It took a lot of effort and time leaving me exhausted, dissapointed and sad but after almost 3 weeks all this long nightmare cane to and end and the problem was finally solved, I then at last received my projector !!!!
Everywhere Ill hear someone mentioning Wanbo I will always tell my story and speak the best with gratitude and affection.
I will for sure be your customer forever and from now on I will never again accept any extra charges before speaking with you.
By the way my story with wanbo is not recently, Its the first time I bought something Ifrom Wanbo store but years ago It started when I bought my first projector a T2, after that I bought a T2 MAX with a tripod stand and a case, years after I bought a recently released T6 MAX after a great experience with all of them I decided to upgrade to the latest MOZART 1 PRO 2025 .
You can see my story with Wanbo as a customer is not recently actually is a very long one, but now after all this experience is a very special one ...💜
